Service Canada will be set up at Crossroads Employment Services to support residents with a range of Service Canada programs and services, including assistance with:

• Passports

• Birth Certificates

• My Service Canada Account

• Employment Insurance (EI)

• Canada Pension Plan (CPP)

• Old Age Security (OAS)

• Guaranteed Income Supplement (GIS)

Please note: Service Canada does not provide income tax or CRA-related services. For income tax questions, residents must contact the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) directly.
