Why Prefab, Why Land-Lease
By using prefabricated homes and a land-lease model, we're able to lower the cost of homeownership by roughly 30–40% compared to traditional builds, and get homes built and ready faster.

Revita's investment in Ignace has two parts:
1. Workers' Housing — Revita has acquired 25 lots to develop housing for the growing local workforce, helping the Township meet demand from major employers as Ignace's population expands.
2. Affordable Housing — More information to come.
