Meet Connie Fairbrother and Jacqueline McMahon. Former owners of Slightly off Broadway Performing Arts Studio, Connie and Jacqueline relocated to Ignace from Thunder Bay to share their passion for dance, music and the performing arts. Connie now runs CJ Dance out of the basement of the Emmanuel Anglican/United Church offering classes in ballet, dance fitness, hip-hop, jazz, tap and musical theatre; while Jacqueline operates JM Music, providing private and semi-private lessons in piano, singing and open vocal ensemble at her private residence. Both ladies enjoy fostering creative environments through online classes, lessons and workshops as they firmly believe everyone (toddlers, teens, adults and seniors) has a creative side that blossoms beautifully once encouraged and properly nurtured.
