This policy supports the Township’s responsibility to engage in constructive dialogue, safeguard staff and Council from unverifiable claims, and maintain the integrity of municipal communication processes.

Residents are encouraged to provide their full contact details when submitting questions, concerns, or requests to ensure they receive a timely and complete response.
