Township of Ignace Approves and Advances Recreation Centre Upgrades

The Township of Ignace is moving forward with significant upgrades to the Community Recreation Centre as part of its broader commitment to renewing core public infrastructure and strengthening the community’s long-term appeal to residents, families, and future investment. Council, at its May 20, 2026 Special Meeting approved the awarding of the contract to a Thunder Bay firm, to begin timely and necessary upgrades on both phases of this critical infrastructure in the community....continued click link
